Here are the items not included with the kit that you will need to procure yourself.
- MS20257-5 hinge material - Aircraft Spruce #MS20257P5 (2 - 3ft pieces)
- MS20257-4 hinge material - Aircraft Spruce #MS20257P4 (3 - 3ft pieces)
- Epoxy/Resin and associated supplies (West Systems)
- Proseal
- K&N Air filter #E0995
- Various aluminum sheet pieces to construct alternate air system.
- Mild steel sheet. (I used leftover from Van's kit)
- Cable End B-Nut from ACS. (Attaches to door arm)
- 3" SCAT tubing
- 3" Silicone 'Turbo' tube
- RTV
- #8 screws and nutplates
- 3" hose clamps (3)
- 6" hose clamps (4)
- Some sort of hinge and latch for oil door

Did you use the 0.020 strips Van's supplies to space your hinges further from the outside skin? I don't have my cowl yet, and it seems that the cowl thickness must only be about 0.06 at the hinge if the spacer thickness is correct. Did you use a thicker spacer?
