Helping Builder Buddy Bill

Bill is taking some vacation from work to do some real airplane building, so he asked if I'd come over and help him rivet on the top two aft fuse skins. Of course his ulterior motive was to stuff me in the tail cone to buck rivets for him. On Saturday morning I hopped in the plane and few up to KLXT (with a detour to KIXD an ILS 36 practice approach to see how the radio worked). I spent the morning tucked nicely away in his RV-7 tailcone bucking and back-riveting rivets. A quick trip back to OWI and lunch with the wife. Nice way to spend a Saturday.
